Abstract

Secondary title: PETG material as an alternative to PLA and ABS material in 3D printing
Secondary abstract: At the beginning of this work we define terms invention, innovation and social responsibility. Then we review standard ISO 26000 and select chapters that are important in social responsibility of our research problem. Selected 3D printing innovative model we then compare with the selected chapters from ISO standard to verify if the innovation increases socially responsible acting. The following describes studied materials, machine and software used for 3D printing. Then we plan the experiments. First two tests are tensile and flexural strength tests of the specimens produced from all three materials and various conditions. In the third test we compare 3D printed part with the same CAD model. This is made with 3D scanner and computer program. The results obtained in the end are analysed and compared with the hypotheses.
