diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je bil obravnavan mobing na delovnem mestu. Zaradi pretekle gospodarske krize, je mobing postal pereč problem sodobne družbe, saj je v podjetjih vse bolj prisoten. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktičnem del. V teoretičnem delu so bila opisana tri poglavja. Prvo poglavje se je nanašalo na predstavitev mobinga, v drugem je bila opisana motivacija, tretje pa je zadevalo pravno ureditev mobinga. V praktičnem delu naloge, pa je bila izvedena anonimna anketna raziskava, v kateri so sodelovali naključni anketirani (zaposleni iz različnih podjetij).

The thesis was discussed mobbing in the workplace. Due to past economic crisis, mobbing has become a pressing problem of modern society as it is in enterprises are increasingly present. The thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described three chapters. The first chapter is related to the presentation of mobbing in the second motivation has been described, and the third concerned the legal regulation of mobbing. In the practical part of the thesis, however, it was made by the anonymous survey study, in which participated andom respondents (employees from different companies). |
