Abstract

V magistrskem delu obravnavam politično, ekonomsko, gospodarsko, družbeno-vsakdanje življenje v mestu. Zapisniki sej celjskega mestnega sveta Mestne občine Celje in članki celjskega časnika Nova doba ter dnevnikov Jutro in Slovenec predstavljajo pomembno iztočnico za zgodovino mesta v širšem smislu in so odličen vir za proučevanje omenjene teme. Skozi zgodovino Celja med leti 1929 in 1935 so nastajali preboji v napredku, novosti na področju občinske politike, gospodarstva, družbenopolitične spremembe, ki so vnašale v vsakdanjik mesta razvoj, napredek, rast.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis operation of Celje City Council between 1929 and 1935 discusses the political, economic and socia-everyday life in the city. The records of the meetings of the Municipality of Celje and the articles of the newspaper Nova doba as well as the log Jutro and Slovenec represent an important cue for the history of the city in the broadest sense possible and are an exellent source for the study of this topic. Throughout the history of Celje, between 1929 and 1935, were made breakthroughs in progress, innovations in the fields of municipal politics, business, economics, socio political changes, that brought developement, progress and growth into the daily live.
