Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili ureditev nepremičninskih evidenc v večstanovanjski stavbi. Predstavljen je celoten postopek vpisa; od izmere na terenu, do upoštevanja vpisa posameznih delov stavbe v zemljiško knjigo na podlagi Zakona o posebnih pogojih za vpis lastninske pravice na posameznih delih stavbe v zemljiško knjigo (ZPPLPS). Poseben poudarek pri izdelavi elaborata je na izdelavi etažne lastnine z upoštevanjem predhodnih vpisov.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis there is presented the arrangement of property sales register in apartment buildings. The whole process of enlistment is presented from the measuring in the field under consideration the enlistment of individual parts of the building into the land register according to the Act of Determining Special Conditions for Registering the Ownership of Individual Parts of Building with the Land Register. A special focus was put on drawing up the study for the preparation of commonhold considering preliminary enlistings.
