Sekundarni povzetek: The thesis presents the procedure for entering a building and a condominium in the building cadastre and the land registry, respectively. In the first part of the thesis, the beginnings of the building cadastre in Slovenia are presented, with the emphasis on the description of the LREST project conducted by the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia. Furthermore, the evolution of these records and the legislation governing this field is described. The Slovenian land registry is presented, including the principles of land registry, its composition and procedures for registration of co-ownership. The procedures for the first entry of a building into the building cadastre and of the condominium in the land registry are analyzed and described. The practical part of the thesis includes the presentation of the procedure for entering of a residential building in the building cadastre and in the land registry. In the conclusion, findings regarding the building cadastre, the land registry and their entry procedures are given, with the emphasis on the registration of a residential building.

Povzetek (ePrints): V diplomskem delu smo predstavili postopek vpisa stavbe v kataster stavb in etažne lastnine v zemljiško knjigo. V prvem delu smo orisali začetke vzpostavitve katastra stavb v Sloveniji s poudarkom na predstavitvi projekta Geodetske uprave Republike Slovenije LREST. Nadalje smo opisali razvoj te evidence ter zakonodajo, ki ureja to področje. Predstavili smo zemljiško knjigo, vključno z načeli zemljiške knjige in njeno sestavo, ter postopke za vpis etažne lastnine. V nadaljevanju smo analizirali in opisali postopke za prvi vpis stavbe v kataster stavb in za ureditev etažne lastnine v zemljiški knjigi. Praktični del diplomske naloge vključuje predstavitev postopka vpisa večstanovanjske stavbe v kataster stavb in ureditve etažne lastnine v zemljiški knjigi. V zaključku smo podali ugotovitve glede postopkov vpisa stavbe v kataster stavb in ureditve etažne lastnine v zemljiško knjigo, s poudarkom na vpisu večstanovanjske stavbe.
