Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja problematiko vodenja rednih letnih razgovorov na Dermatovenerološki kliniki Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Ljubljana. Redni letni razgovor je načrtovan sistematični pogovor, pregled in ocena delavčevega dosedanjega dela, ki delavcu omogoča, da pove svoje želje, mnenje o delu. Redni letni razgovori so pomemben del sodobnega sistema vodenja organizacij. Organizacije morajo svojim zaposlenim nameniti dovolj pozornosti, saj so najpomembnejši za uspešno in učinkovito delovanje organizacije. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem redni letni razgovor, njegov namen, pozitivne učinke in pogoje za njegovo učinkovito izvedbo. Poglobili smo se v priprave, potek in obdobje po rednih letnih razgovorih. Podrobneje smo predstavili Dermatovenerološko kliniko v Ljubljani in potek izvedb rednih letnih razgovorov na njej. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge smo izvedli raziskavo, s katero smo želeli raziskati problematiko vodenja letnih razgovorov. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti splošno zadovoljstvo z letnimi razgovori in njihovimi vodjami, pripravami in samim potekom razgovora na Dermatovenerološki kliniki v Ljubljani. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so zaposleni z rednimi letnimi razgovori in njihovimi vodjami, kljub nekaterim izjemam, na splošno zadovoljni. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo za izboljšanje rezultatov predlagali, naj se raziskave na področju letnih razgovorov izvajajo pogosteje in v obsežnejši obliki.

Secondary abstract: This study presents problems of conducting regular annual interviews at Dermatovenereological Clinic, University Medical Centre Ljubljana. Regular annual interviews are planed yearly and their goal is to provide an assessment of past work. Workers can express their wishes and opinions for work process. Regular annual interviews are important part of modern management organization systems. Companies must offer their employees enough attention because employees are the most important for efficient work process. In theory we defined notion “regular annual interview”, it’s purpose, positive effects and conditions for it’s effective execution. We also presented the period after this interviews and the work of the clinic alone. In research part of study we conducted a survey in which we wanted to find out the problems of conducting regular annual interviews. Objective of the study was to determine the potential dissatisfaction of workers and management staff. With various methods we were able to measure general contentment with annual interviews and there conductors on a Dermatovenereological Clinic in Ljubljana. The results showed that the workers and their leaders are generally satisfied, despite some exceptions. Based on the findings we suggested that regular annual interviews can be carried out more frequently and in more comprehensive form.
