Postopek ureditve meje v upravnem in sodnem postopku

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni sklopi iz zemljiškega katastra. V prvem delu je predstavljena vloga in pomen zemljiškega katastra v današnji družbi. Drugi del se nanaša na ureditev meje in s tem lastništva v upravnem postopku. Tretji del pa predstavlja sodno ureditev meje in vlogo sodnega izvedenca geodetske stroke. V nalogi je opisana tudi aktualna zakonodaja s področja urejanja in evidentiranja nepremičnin.

The paper presents also the current legislation from the field of registration of real property.
