Abstract

Delo zdravstvenih delavcev je zelo zahtevno in odgovorno. Pogosto so obremenjeni, zato je še toliko bolj pomembno da so na delovnem mestu zadovoljni. Urejena organizacijska klima spodbudno vpliva na zaposlene. Tako so zadovoljni zdravstveni delavci bolj produktivni, odgovorni, delo opravljajo bolj kakovostno in se z veseljem vračajo na delovno mesto. K zadovoljstvu zaposlenih veliko prispeva prijetno delovno okolje, dobri odnosi med sodelavci, dobre vodje, ugoden delovni čas, dobra plača, ustrezna delovna oprema itd. Zadovoljni zaposleni pa so odraz dobre organizacijske klime. Če pa je organizacijska klima slaba, so potrebne korenite spremembe v organizaciji. Pri izboljšanju organizacijske klime pa je potrebno sodelovanje vseh zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili relativno literaturo s področja organizacijske klime, zadovoljstva zaposlenih in izboljšav organizacijske klime. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo opravili v zdravstveni organizaciji x, aprila 2016. Rezultati, ki smo jih dobili so pokazali, da so zdravstveni delavci zadovoljni z vodenjem v organizaciji x. Ugotovili smo, da so zadovoljni tudi z delovnimi nalogami, ki jih opravljajo. Malo manj so zaposleni zadovoljni s plačilom za opravljeno delo. So pa zadovoljni z medsebojnimi odnosi med sodelavci.

Secondary title: Employee satisfaction and organizational climate in health organization
Secondary abstract: The work of health professionals is very demanding and responsible. They are often loaded, so thus it is even more important that they are satisfied on their workplace. Good organizational climate stimulates the employees. So satisfied employees are more productive, responsible, work is more quality done and they go happy back to their workplace. To the employee satisfaction much contributes pleasant working environment, good relations between employees, good leaders, favorable working time, good payment, adequate working equipment, etc. Satisfied employees are a reflection of a good organizational climate. However, if the organizational climate is poor, the radical change in organization is needed. In improving organizational climate all employees have to participate. In the theoretical part of the Master's thesis we presented the relevant literature from the organizational climate, employee’s satisfaction and improvement of the organizational climate. In the empirical part of the Master's thesis we presented the results of a research, which was conducted in medical organization x, in april 2016. The obtained results have shown, that health professionals are satisfied with leading in organization x. We determined that the employees are also satisfied with work tasks they complete. Employees are less satisfied with their payment. But they are satisfied with relationships between colleagues.
