Abstract
Predmet raziskovanja magistrskega dela je svetovalna služba v vrtcih. V teoretičnem delu smo na podlagi literature najprej opredelili vrtec kot institucijo, predstavili svetovalno službo v vzgojno-izobraževalnih ustanovah nasploh, nato smo se osredotočili na svetovalno službo v vrtcih. Osvetlili smo njen namen, naloge in področja delovanja. V nadaljevanju smo posebej izpostavili sodelovanje in interakcijo svetovalne službe s starši otrok v vrtcu, oblike in naloge pri sodelovanju s starši in tudi morebitne ovire, na katere lahko naletijo pri sodelovanju. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave o pogledu staršev otrok v vrtcu na sodelovanje in povezovanje s svetovalnimi delavci. Zanimalo nas je, če obstajajo razlike glede na starost in izobrazbo staršev. Bolj podrobno smo preverjali, v kolikšni meri starši vzpostavljajo stik in sodelujejo s svetovalnimi delavci, kakšno mnenje in izkušnje imajo s svetovalno službo, na kakšne načine in iz katerih razlogov sodelujejo, če sodelovanje dojemajo kot pomembno in kaj so morebitne ovire pri sodelovanju. Rezultati naše raziskave kažejo, da imajo starši otrok v vrtcu kljub seznanjenostjo z obstojem svetovalne službe z njo le malo izkušenj. Razlike glede na starost in izobrazbo staršev se v večini primerov niso pokazale.

The research object of the master's thesis is kindergarten advisory support service. Theoretical part discusses kindergarten as institution, and the advisory support service in educational institutions; moreover, the advisory support service in kindergarten is presented. The purpose, tasks and the areas of operation of the advisory support service are highlighted. Following, the cooperation and interaction between advisory service and parents of kindergarten children are discussed; in particular, forms, duties, and obstacles of the aforementioned cooperation are stated. The empirical part presents the survey results on how the parents of kindergartner children see the cooperation and integration with education counsellors. The question was, if there are any differences regarding the age and education of the parents. We specified how many times parents contact the education counsellors and cooperate with them, what are their opinion and experiences with the advisory support service, how and when they cooperate, do they think that the aforementioned cooperation is important, and what are the obstacles of cooperation. The survey results show that the parents know about the advisory support service in kindergarten, but do not have a lot of experiences with it. In majority, the differences regarding age and education of the parents are not shown. |
