Povzetek
Diplomsko delo z naslovom Sodelovanje vrtca s starši: pogovorna ura, je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, teoretičnega in empiričnega. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene vse oblike sodelovanj s starši v vrtcih. Največji poudarek je dan razčlenitvi in predstavitvi formalne oblike sodelovanja - pogovorni uri. Predstavljen je opis pogovorne ure, kaj naj bi zajemala, kako se je nanjo potrebno pripraviti. V empiričnem delu je priprava pogovorne ure, njena izvedba in pogled nanjo z vidika vzgojiteljic in pomočnic vzgojiteljic v Vrtcu Radenci - Radenski mehurčki. V raziskavo so bile vključene strokovne delavke vseh enot tega vrtca. Podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga razdelili med vzgojiteljice in pomočnice vzgojiteljic omenjenega vrtca, obdelali smo jih s programom za statistično obdelavo podatkov, imenovanim SPSS. Cilj je bil izvedeti, kako na določene segmente, vezane na pogovorno uro, gledajo vzgojiteljice in pomočnice vzgojiteljic določenega vrtca, glede na njihovo starost, delovno mesto in okolje delovnega mesta. Ugotovili smo, da je večina strokovnih delavk enakega mnenja, ne glede na starost, delovno mesto in okolje delovnega mesta.

This master's thesis, entitled Cooperation between Preschools and Parents: Parent-Teacher Conferences, consists of both a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part, introduces all forms of cooperation with parents in kindergartens. The greatest emphasis lies on the analysis and presentation of a formal form of cooperation - the parent-teacher conference. We described what a parent-teacher conference even is, what it should include, and how one should prepare for it. In the empirical part we wanted to find out how preschool teachers and preschool teacher assistants at the Radenci kindergarten - Radenski mehurčki - see parent-teacher conferences, preparations for them, their conduct, and the importance of such a form of cooperation. The study included preschool professionals from all units of the kindergarten. Data was collected using a survey, which was distributed among preschool teachers and assistants at the Radenci kindergarten. It was processed with a program for statistical data analysis called SPSS. The goal was to learn how certain segments connected with a parent-teacher conference are seen by preschool teachers and preschool teacher assistants from a certain kindergarten with respect to their age, working position, and working environment. It was established that the majority of preschool professionals share the same opinion regardless of their age, working position, and working environment. |
