Abstract

Vse več istospolnih parov se odloča za družinsko življenje. Ko razmišljajo, kako do otroka, jim ne preostane kaj dosti možnosti in izbire. Prav zakon, ki te družine zanika, namreč povečuje tudi njihovo družbeno stigmatizacijo. Z lahkoto postavimo trditev o splošnem družbenem nesprejemanju istospolnih družin, ki se morajo boriti za vključenost v družbo zaradi predpostavk o seganju izven okvirov in norm. Istospolni pari, ki si želijo otroka, se srečujejo z nemalo težavami. V prvi vrsti so to argumenti proti legalizaciji istospolnega starševstva, ki jih je kar nekaj.

Secondary abstract: It is easy to say that same-sex families are not generally socially accepted, so they must fight for social inclusion due to the fact, that they are considered to be out of frameworks and norms. Same-sex couples who want a child experiencing great deal of problems and difficulties. There is a lot of arguments against the legalization of same-sex parenting. More and more gay and lesbians are deciding to have family life. When same-sex couples are considering how to get the child, they are left with not so many options and choices. This is due to the legislation which denies families and increases society stigmatization.
