Analiza dostavnega sistema v izbranem podjetju

Abstract

Cilj vsakega proizvodnega podjetja, ki želi biti konkurenčno na trgu, je zmanjševati stroške. V tem diplomskem delu bomo predstavili stroške transporta in način dostave. Ker podjetje, ki ga obravnavamo v diplomski nalogi, spada med večja podjetja, so posledično tudi stroški nabave in dostave materialov višji. Z izvedbo analize dostavnega sistema želimo doseči zmanjševanje stroškov dostav in na ta način podjetju ustvariti prihranek. Na podlagi analize trenutnih dostav, ki potekajo v podjetju, bomo skušali najti rešitve, ki bodo ugodne za podjetje in bodo prispevale k zmanjševanju stroškov dostav. V prvem, teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge bomo predstavili delovno okolje, v katerem bomo v nadaljevanju reševali problem stroškov dostave. Predstavili bomo oskrbovalno verigo in njene člene, logistične stroške in stroške dostav. V drugem delu bomo predstavili okolje podjetja ter analizirali trenutne dostave, ki potekajo v podjetju. Te povzročajo transportne in dostavne stroške, ki jih želimo na podlagi analize zmanjšati. V nadaljevanju želimo predstaviti trenutne ugotovitve in poiskati rešitve za optimizacijo obstoječega sistema. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge pa želimo predstaviti rešitve za zmanjševanje stroškov dostav in predlagati pogoje za uvedbo.

Secondary abstract:	The goal of every manufacturing company is to be competitive in the market, to reduce costs. In this diploma thesis, we present the costs of transport and delivery methods. Since this company, which is discussed in this thesis, is one of the larger companies as a result, the costs of purchasing and delivery of materials are higher. By carrying out an analysis of the delivery system, we wish to achieve reduction of delivery costs and in this way create savings for the company. Based on an analysis of current deliveries taking place in the company, we will try to find a solution that will be beneficial for the company and will contribute to reducing the cost of delivery. In the first part of the diploma thesis, in the theoretical part, we will present a working environment in which we hereafter solve the problem of delivery costs. We will present the supply chain and its articles, the logistics costs and shipping costs. The second part will present the environment of the company and analyze current deliveries. These cause transport and delivery costs, which based on the analysis we want to reduce. In the following, we will present the current findings and we will try to find solutions and optimization of the existing system. The last part of the diploma thesis aims to present solutions to reduce shipping costs and propose the conditions for the introduction.
