Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: Osebnostne motnje so ena najpogostejših kliničnih entitet v psihiatrični praksi. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti osebnostne motnje, vrste osebnostnih motenj, vzroke ter zdravljenje le teh ter ugotoviti ali se število sprejemov pacientov z osebnostnimi motnjami v eni od psihiatričnih bolnišnic v Sloveniji od leta 2010 do leta 2016 povečuje ali upada; katere so najpogosteje diagnosticirane osebnostne motnje; katere so najpogosteje diagnosticirane spremljevalne duševne motnje ter opredeliti vlogo medicinske sestre pri obravnavi pacientov z osebnostnimi motnjami. Metodologija raziskovanja: Za izdelavo empiričnega dela smo uporabili kvantitativno metodologijo raziskovanja. Za potek raziskave smo uporabili računalniški program »BIRPIS« v eni od psihiatričnih bolnišnic v Sloveniji. Rezultati: Rezultati raziskave predstavijo pojav pomembnejših osebnostnih motenj in njihovih spremljevalnih diagnoz v eni izmed psihiatričnih bolnišnic. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da sta najpogosteje obravnavani osebnostni motnji, čustveno neuravnovešena ter disocialna osebnostna motnja. Naslednja najpogostejša je skupina ostalih opredeljenih osebnostnih motenj, ki pa jih v tem diplomskem delu posebej ne obravnavamo. Prav tako je v omenjeni psihiatrični bolnišnici ugotovljen trend upadanja sprejemov pacientov z osebnostnimi motnjami v razponu od leta 2010 do vključno z letom 2016. Sklep: Osebnostne motnje je treba osveščati in prepoznavati, prav tako pa celovito obravnavati. Na podlagi podatkov lahko sklepamo, da osebnostne motnje ostajajo pomemben dejavnik na področju psihiatrije.

Secondary title: Treatment of patients with personality disorders
Secondary abstract: Theoretical framework: Personality disorders are one ofthe most common clinical treatement in psychiatric practice. The aim of this thesis is to present personality disorders, their types, causes, and treatment and to determine whether the number of treatements of patients with personality disorders in a psychiatric hospitals in Slovenia is increasing or decreasing (the period 2010-2016). Following questions are also addressed: which personality disorders are the most commonly diagnosed, which are the most commonly diagnosed accompanying mental disorders, and what is the role of the nurse in thetreatement of patients with personality disorders. Researchmethodology: In the empirical work we have used quantitative research methodology. The "BIRPIS" program was used in one of the psychiatric hospitals in Slovenia. Results: We have shown most common types of personality disorders and their side diagnosis on the selected case of one psychiatric hospital in Slovenia. It was shown that the most frequently mentioned personality disorders are emotionally unstable and antisocial personality disorder. The next most common group is identified as other personality disorders, this group however is not addressed in thiswork. It was also shown that in the selected psychiatric hospital there was a negative trend of acceptance of the patients with personality disorders during the period from 2010 till 2016. Conclusion: Personality disorders remains an important domain in the psychiatry therfore it is a vital importance that they are addresed in the society and treatment.
