Abstract
Za določitev nitritov v različnih vzorcih vod (pitnih, podzemnih, površinskih in odpadnih vod) smo uporabili konstantno pretočno analizo. Postopek temelji na izmerjeni absorbanci. Za pripravo osnovne standardne raztopine smo uporabili trden natrijev nitrit.
Rezultate vzorcev smo ovrednotili s pomočjo umeritvene krivulje.

Determination of nitrite in waters by continuous flow analysis |
Secondary abstract: |
For determination of nitrite in different water samples like drinking, ground and waste waters the Continuous Flow Analysis (CFA) is used. The analytical procedure is based on measuring absorbance. Stock standard solutions are prepared from sodium nitrite salt. Results of nitrite content in different water samples were evaluated using calibration curve. Statistical evaluation was performed according to the demands of the analytical method (working range, linearity, limit of quantitation LOQ, limit of detection LOD, repeatability, reproducibility and accuracy).
Accuracy of the analytical method has been proven by the participation in the proficiency tests (PT-test).
The obtained results were also evaluated according to the permitted concentration of nitrite in drinking, ground and waste waters in Slovenia. It was established that the concentration of nitrite was below the permitted limit in majority of analysed waters.
