Abstract

Preučevali smo korozijsko obnašanje nerjavnega jekla W. Nr. 1.4057 v raztopini H2SO4, s koncentracijo, c = 0.075 mol/L, ob dodatkih inhibitorjev različnih koncentracij. Uporabili smo štiri različne inhibitorje (Na3PO4, NaNO2, Na2O7Si3, Na2B4O7) in kombinacijo dveh (NaNO2/Na2B4O7). Poskuse smo opravili z gravimetrično metodo v skladu z ASTM G31 standardom. Določali smo izgubo mase, iz katere smo izračunali hitrost korozije in učinkovitost inhibitorjev. Opravili smo tudi elektrokemijske meritve, ob dodatku inhibitorja NaNO2 različnih koncentracij. Z analizo rezultatov smo ugotovili, da se z večanjem ustrezne koncentracije inhibitorja, zmanjša korozijski proces izbranega jekla.

Secondary abstract: We have studied corrosion behaviour of stainless steel W. Nr. 14057 in a solution of H2SO4, with a concentration, c = 0,075 mol/L, with additions of various concentrations of inhibitors. We used four different inhibitors (Na3PO4, NaNO2, Na2O7Si3, Na2B4O7) and a combination of two ones (NaNO2/Na2B4O7). We performed experiments by the gravimetric method in accordance with ASTM G31 standards. We determine the loss of mass from which we calculate rate of corrosion and effectiveness of corrosion inhibitors. We also perform electrochemical measurements, using inhibitor NaNO2 with different concentrations. By analyzing the results, we found out that with increasing the adequate concentration of inhibitors, the corrosion process of the selected steel is reduced.
