Abstract
Ciklodekstrini so ciklični oligosaharidi in lahko tvorijo komplekse s številnimi organskimi molekulami. Zaradi te lastnosti lahko ciklodekstrine uporabljamo pri številnih tekstilnih procesih. Uporabljamo jih kot tekstilna pomožna sredstva, tako da jih vežemo na površino tekstilnega materiala in s tem na tekstilni material uvedemo dodatne lastnosti in širši spekter uporabnosti.
β-ciklodekstrin lahko vežemo na tekstilni material preko 1,2,3,4-butan-tetrakarboksilne kisline, ki tvori s hidroksilnimi skupinami celuloznega substrata esterske vezi.
Na podlagi gravimetrične metode določimo količino vezanega β-ciklodekstrina na celuloznem substratu.
Z uporabo fenolftaleina v raztopini poiskušamo določiti tvorbo kompleksa "gostitelj —gost" z β-ciklodekstrinom na celuloznem substratu.
Za ugotavljanje učinkovitosti tvorjenja kompleksa β-ciklodekstrina na celuloznem substratu smo uporabili hitro in enostavno spektroskopsko metodo.

Secondary abstract: |
Cyclodextrines are cyclic oligosaccharides and can form inclusion complexes with a large number of organic molecules. The properties of cyclodextrins enable them to be used in a variety of diferent textile applications. Cyclodextrins can act as auxiliaries and they can also be fixed onto different fibre surfaces. Owing to the complexing abilities of cyclodextrins, textiles with new functional properties and large specter of usage can be prepared.
β-cyclodextrin can be grafted on hydroxyl groups of cellulose via 1,2,3,4-butane-tetracarboxilic acid, which forms ester bonds with hydroxyl groups of cellulose textile substrates.
With gravimetrical metod we can determine the amout of fixed β-cyclodextrin on cellulose substrate.
By using phenolphtalein solution we try to determine complex formation »guest –host« with β-cyclodextrin on cellulose substrate.
For determination of complex formation efficiency on celluloze substrate we used the rapid and simple spectroscopic method. |
