Sekundarni povzetek: | We have done a research study for company Nafta Petrochem d.o.o.. Purpose of this thesis is to simulate production of hexamine with computer software Aspen Plus. Hexamine is a white chemical compound which is formed in reaction between formaldehyde and ammonia. Reaction is exothermic. Reaction product is hexamine in a water solution which could be used as a final product or can be crystallized. Hexamine is used in military and pharmaceutical industry and in production of resins. Nevertheless, it is used in small quantities. With different simulations we have studied effects of different parameters on continuous production of hexamine to make production more economical for customer. |
