diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili analizo zadovoljstva kupca v podjetju Polycom, naših poslovnih strank, v nalogi bomo zajeli samo naše največje kupce in predstavili njihovo zadovoljstvo v obliki analize z grafi.
Ker pa se trenutno v podjetju uporablja vprašalnik, ki v 21. stoletju še vedno potuje z navadno pisemsko ovojnico, bomo hkratno z analizo zadovoljstva kupcev uvedli še nov način pošiljanja vprašalnika in sicer po elektronski pošti.
Nastal je namreč problem, da anketni vprašalnik ni prispel v prave roke, bodisi je bil založen s strani kupca ali pa ga je založil kdo drug. S tem pričakujemo večji odziv kupca pri katerem bodo rezultati analize realnejši.

With graduation thesis we will be present customer analysis satisfaction in the company Polycom our busines customer, in the graduation we will be covered only our largest customer and their satisfaction in the form of analysis with chats.
In the company currently used qustionnaire in 21. century still travels with a simple letterhead envelope, we will be combined with customer satisfaction analysis in the company and we will be introduced a new way of sending questionnaire throught by e-mail.
The problem is that the qustionnaire weren´t received in the right hands, either was misplaced by the buyer or someone else. With this we expect a greater response from custoner where they will be the results of analysis closer to reality. |
