Abstract

Zaradi načina življenja ter ekonomskih in gospodarskih razmer, postaja stres vse bolj pogost pojav v našem življenju. Vpliva na kvaliteto življenja, na zdravje posameznika ter na njegove psihične in telesne sposobnosti. Daljša izpostavljenost stresu je lahko tudi vzrok resnim boleznim. Največji povzročitelji stresa so najpogosteje stresorji, ki izhajajo iz našega delovnega okolja. Raziskava, ki smo jo opravili v organizaciji SPL je pokazala, da so zaposleni na delovnem mestu operativnega upravnika stresu najbolj izpostavljeni pri delu s strankami, delu izven delovnega časa, zaradi slabe organiziranosti dela, neenakomerne porazdelitve dela, ter komunikaciji znotraj organizacije. Iz ankete je razvidno, da so zaposleni zaradi stresa bolj razdražljivi, pozabljivi, se težje koncentrirajo, pogosto čutijo preobremenjenost in izčrpanost. Menimo, da mora delovna organizacija problematiki stresa posvetiti več pozornosti. Poskrbeti mora za odpravo dejavnikov povezanih z njeno organiziranostjo, ki povzročajo stres, ter se aktivno vključiti v programe za premagovanje stresa.

Secondary title: Analysis of stress in the organization SPL
Secondary abstract: Due to a way of life and economic situation, stress is becoming a more and more frequent phenomena in our life. It influences the quality of life, health, as well as psychophysical performance of each of us. Exposure to stress through a longer period might lead to a serious disease. The biggest stress causers are so called stressors, springing up from our work environment. Research done in organisation SPL showed, that for employees working as operative managers, most stress is caused by work with customers, overtime work, bad work organisation, disproportionate workload distribution and bad communication inside the organisation. Survey shows, that due to stress, employees are more irritable, have problems with concentration, are more forgetful, feel overloaded and exhausted. We believe that organisation should dedicate more attention to stress related problems. It should take care of stress causing problems, related to bad work organisation, and also include itself actively in stress overcoming programs.
