Abstract
Spremenjene gospodarske razmere, ki se odražajo v vedno večji konkurenci predvsem domačih, pa tudi tujih podjetij, zahtevajo od podjetij, da nenehno krepijo svoj konkurenčni položaj. To predstavlja poglavitni cilj vsakega podjetja, tako družinskega kot tudi nedružinskega. Kaj takšnega je moč doseči le, kadar posebno pozornost posvečamo tudi planiranju razvoja. To magistrsko delo je nastalo iz spoznanja, da mnoga družinska podjetja, ki so v razmerah tržnega gospodarstva obdržala optimalno velikost, nimajo izdelanih programov, s katerimi bi planirala svoj nadaljnji razvoj na ravni strateškega managementa. Za planiranje razvoja na ravni strateškega managementa so tako pomembna pravilno, ustrezno izbrana in določena programsko-tržna področja ter na podlagi tega oblikovane strategije. To pa pomeni, da se mora pri planiranju razvoja družinskega podjetja na ravni strateškega managementa upoštevati tudi družino, saj ta na različne načine močno vpliva na izoblikovanje in izbiro strategije. Proces iskanja strateških možnosti in strategij ter izbire strategij je usmerjen k uresničevanju zastavljene politike družinskega podjetja. Vendar pa se mora pri tem upoštevati tudi interese, vrednote in cilje družine, pa tudi strukturo in tradicijo družine. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu bomo najprej opredelili družinsko podjetje in njegove posebnosti, nato pa bomo proučili programsko-tržna področja kot tudi značilnosti ter metode določanja in oblikovanja teh. Prav tako bomo proučili strategije ter metode za ekonomsko vrednotenje in izbiro strategij. V empiričnem delu bomo proučili družinsko podjetje Novak, d.o.o. in njegove razvojne možnosti. Prav tako pa bomo s pravilno, ustrezno izbranimi in določenimi programsko-tržnimi področji ter na podlagi tega oblikovanimi strategijami planirali razvoj podjetja Novak, d.o.o. Pridobljeno znanje in mišljenje bomo na koncu magistrskega dela strnili v sklepnih ugotovitvah.

Changed economic conditions, which we can see in increasin of competition (above all in-country but also foreign company), demands from company to strengthening their competitive position constantly. This is the main goal every company. This can we achieve only if we devote special attention to planning development. This master`s thesis occurred from realization that many company don`t made programs for planning of development on strategic management. For planning of development on strategic management is important to correctly, suitably choose and determine fields of programming and marketing, than company form strategies based on this. This means that we have to in planning consider family, because she have strongly influence on forming and choice of strategy. Process for searching strategic possibilities, strategies and choice of strategy, is guided to implementation policy of family business. We have to consider interests, values and goals of family and also structure and tradition of family. Master`s thesis have theoretical and empirical part. In theoretical part we will determined family business and wrote specialities of family business. We also wrote fields of programming and marketing, specialities and methods for determining and formulation fields of programming and marketing. We will look into strategies and method for economic evaluation and choice of strategies. In empirical part we will introduct family business Novak, Ltd. and wrote developmental possibilities of company. We will planning development of Novak, Ltd. with correctly, suitably chosen fields of programming and marketing. Then we will determine strategies for planning of development. In conclusions of master`s thesis we wrote down our gain knowledge and thinking. |
