Abstract

Zlitine z visoko vsebnostjo zlata se zaradi svojih specifičnih lastnosti čedalje več uporabljajo na različnih področjih industrije, in sicer v elektrotehniki in elektroniki, strojništvu, zlatarstvu, arhitekturi in v medicini, torej na področjih in v aplikacijah, kjer uporaba cenejših materialov ni mogoča. V tem diplomskem delu je analiziran problem spremljanja procesa rekristalizacije pri zlitini Au-0,5La z merjenjem mikrotrdote po Vickersu. Vzorci za študij rekristalizacije so bili hladno deformirani do stopnje deformacije med 82% in 84%. V odvisnosti od temperature smo z opazovanjem na optičnem mikroskopu zasledovali spreminjanje mikrostrukture in ugotovitve primerjali z vrednostmi izmerjenih mikrotrdot. Na podlagi primerjalne analize je bil spremljan potek procesa poprave in rekristalizacije. Rezultati in analiza so pokazali, da zaradi prisotnosti mreže intermetalne spojine metoda ugotavljanja temperature rekristalizacije z merjenjem mikrotrdote v odvisnosti od temperature rekristalizacijskega žarjenja ni primerna

Secondary abstract: Alloys containing high percentage of pure gold are being used in various fields of industry like electronics, mechanical engineering, jewellery, architecture and medicine, where use of cheaper materials is not possible. This work analyses the problem of observing and evaluating the recrystallization process of Au-0,5la alloy by measuring microhardness by Vickers. All samples were cold deformed from 82 % to 84 % cold work and annealed at various temperatures after which their microhardness by Vickers was measured. Processes of the recovery and recrystallization were evaluated by comparing microhardness values in correlation with microstructure observation. Results and the analysis show that determining recrystallization temperature of the Au-0,5La alloy by measuring microhardness in correlation to microstructure observation is not appropriate due to presence of an intermetallic net Au6La.
