Abstract

V programskem jeziku Python sem izdelal model toplotnega prenosnika s plaščem in ravnim snopom cevi. V izračunih je uporabljena metoda e-NTU. Snovne lastnosti medija in brezdimenzijska števila so z interpolacijskimi metodami izračunana v vsaki iteraciji posebej. Z modelom sem preučil dinamični in statični odziv za sisteme voda-voda ter voda-para. Eksergijski in energijski izkoristek prenosnika narašča s številom prelivnih polj, nanj pa vpliva še razmerje kapacitet obeh medijev. Oba izkoristka kot funkciji razmerja kapacitet medsebojno nista sorazmerna.

Secondary abstract: With program language Python a computer model of a tube&shell heat exchanger was created. Calculations are based on e-NTU method. Physical properties of medium and dimensionless numbers are calculated by means of interpolation at each iteration. Model calculates dynamic and static performance of heat exchanger for water-water and water-steam systems. Exergy and energy efficeny of heat exchanger improves with increased number of bafflers and is also influenced by capacity ratio of both media. Both efficencies as functions of capacity ratio are not propotional.
