diplomsko delo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo zajema zgodovinski razvoj NC-tehnologije, navaja sodobne trende, v zaključek pa so vključena manjša predvidevanja razvoja programiranja. Sodobni programski paketi vsebujejo samodejno programiranje s pomočjo različnih strategij.
Diplomsko delo govori o računalniškem programiranju od modela, ki ga pripravimo v programu SolidWorks, do generiranja NC-kode, ki pa jo dobimo z uporabo programa EdgeCam. S sodobnimi moduli, programi in strokovnjaki lahko dosežemo boljšo organiziranost in večjo izkoriščenost strojev. Računalniško programiranje povečuje produktivnost, ima velik vpliv na organizacijo procesov, mogoči sta hitra menjava serij ter izdelava prototipov. Brez računalniško podprtega konstruiranja bi imeli velike probleme pri izdelavi programov kompleksnejših oblik oziroma jih ne bi znali izdelati. Sodobne obdelave potekajo na petosnih strojih oziroma sodobnih robotih.

Secondary abstract: |
The study is about NC technology, its historical development, new trends and some anticipations of NC technology development in the future. Modern program packages contain different ways of automatic programing.
The most of study is dedcated to computer programming from the model made in SolidWorks to NC code generating which is obtained by using EdgeCam program. Better organization and greater utilization of machines can be achived whith help of modern modules, programs and experts. Computer programming have major impact on the organization of processes and its increas and also abilityes of rapid changes of series and making prototypes.
It would be a major problem desining complex programs without desining, support by computers or even more, the complex programs would be impossible to create. Modern treatments are based on five shaft machines or modern robots. |
