Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisana komunikacija med krmilnikom obračalne mize CU310PN in krmilnikom robota ACMA XR 701. V delu so predstavljeni robot ACMA, obračalna miza in njene komponente. Poudarek je na kontrolni enoti Siemens, ki skrbi za komunikacijo mize z ostalimi napravami. Nato je opisan električni del komunikacije s shemo, programiranje krmilnika April 5000 za povezavo med mizo in robotom ter programiranje na robotski komandni plošči. Komunikacija je načrtovana tako, da lahko operater robota iz komandne plošče pošilja ukaze za zasuk mize.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes communication between controller of rotating table CU310PN and controller of robot ACMA XR 701. The thesis presents the ACMA robot, rotating table and its components. The focus is on Siemens control unit, which is responsible for the communication with other devices. Then the thesis describes the electrical part of the communication with the scheme, programming the controller April 5000 for connection between the rotating table and the robot, and programming on a robot control panel. The communication is designed so that the robot operator can command the rotating table from the control board.
