Abstract

Svetovni splet se iz dneva v dan povečuje in pridobiva uporabnike. Podjetja pa se na trgu borijo, katera bodo bolj uspešna oziroma bodo imela več strank, saj to pomeni večjo prodajo. Način pridobivanja strank, se zaradi razvoja ekonomije in tehnologije spreminjajo. Podjetja morajo biti sposobno slediti tem trendom, zavedati se morejo njihovih potencialov. Podjetje mora posodabljati svoje procese, svoj marketing in prodajo in ker večina ljudi v današnjem svetu nima več toliko časa, da bi informacije pridobivala preko prodajalcev v trgovinah kot včasih, temveč raje te informacije o izdelkih poišče kar na spletu, saj je lažje in hitrejše, poleg tega pa lahko vidijo kako so ljudje zadovoljni z izdelkom preko forumov in blogov. Kar pa pomeni, da mora podjetje uporabljati splet za pridobivanje potencialnih strank s prodajo na spletu, oglaševanjem in optimizacijo spletne strani. Tako je podjetje vidno na spletu in predvsem konkurenčno na trgu. Podjetja, ki se tega ne zavedajo ne preživijo.

Secondary abstract: World Wide Web is expanding day by day and within getting new users. Businesses are struggling (fighting) on the market between themselves and for customers, because more clients bring higher sales. The way how to get customers is changing with development of economy and technology. Businesses must be capable of following new trends on market, in order to be aware of their potentials. They must upgrade their processes, marketing and sale, because most of the people nowadays do not have enough time to stop and get information from salesmen in the shops. Instead, they rather get information from internet because it is faster and easier. Furthermore, they can get diverse information about product, from forums and blogs. That means that business must use World Wide Web to get new potential customers with online sale, advertising and optimization of their web sites. With all this the company is seen on the World Wide Web and is more competitive on the market. Businesses that are not aware of these facts will not survive.
