Raziskava motivov obiska domačih gostov v izbranih slovenskih zdraviliščih

Abstract

V prvem poglavju smo oprdelili področje, ki ga obravnavamo, navedli cilje in trditve, ki smo jih preverjali, navedli predpostavke in omejitve raziskave ter predstavili metode raziskovanja. V drugem poglavju smo predstavili pojem zadovoljstva gostov ter njihove motive. Izvedli smo tudi anketo,s katero smo želeli izvedeti, kateri del ponudbe izbranih slovenskih zdravilišč domače goste najbolj pritegne in kako so bili s storitvami zadovoljni. Anketo smo izvedli med domačimi gosti hotelov izbranih slovenskih zdravilišč. Veloko informacij smo dobili s pogovorom zaposlenih v izbranih slovenskih zdraviliščih, ki so nas sprejeli in omogočili izvedbo raziskave. Glavne ugotovitve raziskave so: •gostje so bili zadovoljni; •za oddih so se odločili predvsem zaradi mirnega okolja, wellness ponudbe, vodnih programov in rekreacije; •nekaj gostov je bilo na zdravljenju; •celovita ponudba in aktivnosti, ki jih ponujajo zdravilišča, imajo pomembno vlogo pri odločitvi domačih gostov glede izbire oddiha; •pomembno vlogo ima čistoča bazenov.

Secondary abstract:	We have defined the area which we have dealt with in the first chapter, we stated the goals and our statements that have been verified, we have alleged the suppositions, limitations of the research, and presented the methods of the research. We have presented the term of satisfaction guests and their motives in the second chapter. We have presented the companies Spa Topolšica, Spa Dobrna, and Spa Laško in the third chapter. We have executed a questionnaire as well, where we wanted to know which part of the offer of the chosen Slovenian spas attracts the domestic guests the most and how they are satisfied with the services. The questionnaire has been executed among the domestic guest of the hotels in the chosen Slovenian spas. A lot of information has been gained by a conversation with employees in the chosen Slovene spas who accepted us and have enabled us to execute the research. The main findings of the research are: •the guests have been satisfied; •they have decided for a break especially because of the peaceful environment, wellness offer, water programmes and recreation; •some guests have been on a treatment; •the complete offer and activities that the spas offer have an important role when domestic guests decide about their break; •cleanness of the pools has an important role.
