Secondary abstract: | The author initially presents the basics of property relationships of several people. Further she proceeds with the presentation of the characteristics that are common to all forms of joint property. She presents all the legal forms of joint property, these are the joint property of spouses, cohabitees and same-sex registered partnerships; heritage community; the reserve fund in the condominium and boundary signs. In joint property of spouses, cohabitees and same-sex registered partnerships the author focuses on open issues that occur in theory and court practise. In the end the author presents a dilemma whether it is possible to create a joint property under the terms of legal transaction. |
