Nestabilne razmere silijo posameznika v množenje stresnih dejavnikov.

Sekundarni naslov: Role of confidant in psychosocial support for health rescuer
Sekundarni povzetek: Introduction: Stressors can greatly affect our normal psychophysical balance. At a traumatic event, an individual is exposed to a threat which directly affects his function in the current situation or in a later situation. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma work is to present the exposure to stresors, present the forms of psychological help, feeling about it and presenting the problematics of this field. We want to present the purpose and role of the rescuer of the trustee, who offers psychosocial help to the health rescuer after major traumatic events. Methods of work: A descriptive working method was used with a detailed overview of existing professional literature, as well as a method of summation. A review of the literature was done by reviewing keyword hits in Cinahl, Medline, Pubmed, Sciencedirect's international online databases, where we searched for relevant articles. In the qualitative analysis, the articles that were included were evaluated with a hierarchy of evidence. Results: With the help of the questionnaire, we obtained information on the knowledge of the respondents of the rescuers about the role of the trustee in professional work. With their help, we also statistically processed the data. 73 respondents were covered. The questionnaire was divided into two parts where respondents answered questions related to the role of the trustee and the use of this type of assistance. Discussion and conclusion: in the case of nursing staff, combustion is largely related to the nature of the work itself. Unstable conditions force an individual into multiplying stress factors. The task of an individual is to arrange the work in such a way that it is less stressful for him and is more effective at workplace.
