Povzetek
Osrednji produkt sevniškega vinskega turizma je modra frankinja, ki je po kakovosti in razširjenosti glavna rdeča sorta v vinorodni deželi Posavje. Žal pa prepoznavnost in vključenost v turizem še nista na takšnem nivoju, kot bi si turistični deležniki želeli. Problem, ki smo ga reševali v magistrskem delu je, kako modro frankinjo še bolj vključiti v turistično ponudbo Sevnice. Pri svojem raziskovanju smo uporabili več metod kvalitativnega raziskovanja, in sicer: metodo deskripcije, metodo analize vsebine, delno strukturiran intervju (z vinarji, vinogradniki in strokovnjaki vinske stroke smo opravili delno strukturirane intervjuje, katerih analizo smo naredili z metodo kodiranja). Analiza je pokazala, da je vinski turist visoko izobražen, radoveden človek, ki se spozna na vino. Zanimajo ga lokalna vina in njihova zgodba. Ocenjuje se, da pripada višjemu sloju, na potovanju pa ga poleg vina zanimajo tudi samo področje, pridelava in vinska klet. Ugotovitve glede modre frankinje so pokazale, da je to tisto rdeče vino, ki ima v Posavju idealne pogoje, da se razvije v žlahtno in žametno vino Posavja ter da intervjuvanci poznajo pridelke/izdelke iz modre frankinje, da pa ni dovolj zastopana v trgovskih verigah in da večina intervjuvancev to sorto vina povezuje z mestom Sevnica. Na osnovi naše raziskave ob koncu magistrskega dela predlagamo konkretne turistične produkte.

The main product of the wine tourism sector in Sevnica is Blue Franconian, which is by its quality and recognition the main red variety in the wine-growing region of Posavje. Unfortunately, its integration in tourism is not on the level tourism stakeholders would want. The problem that we have addressed in the master's thesis is how to integrate the Blue Franconian even more in the tourist offer of Sevnica. In our research we used the following methods of qualitative research: the description method, the content analysis, partially structured interview (we conducted partially structured interviews with winemakers, winegrowers and wine experts.) We analyzed the interviews with the coding method. The analysis showed that a wine tourist is a highly educated and curious person who knows a lot about wine. He/she is interested in local wines and their stories. It is estimated that he/she belongs to upper class and when he/she is travelling, he/she is also interested in the area itself and wine cellars. As far as the Blue Franconian is concerned, the analysis showed that in Posavje, this red wine has ideal conditions to develop into the noble and velvet wine of the Posavje Region. The analysis also showed that the interviewees know the products from the Blue Franconian and that the wine is not satisfactory represented in the local stores. Most of the interviewees would connect the Blue Franconian with Sevnica. At the end of the master’s thesis, some suggestions for tourist products with Blue Franconian were offered. |
