Povzetek
Problem pomanjkanja učiteljev vožnje je v podjetju Relax Trans prisoten že nekaj let. V šolah vožnje Relax smo v okviru diplomskega dela Deficitarnost kadrov v šolah vožnje Relax želeli pridobiti odgovore, ki bodo verodostojni, saj bomo na podlagi teh lahko zmanjšali kadrovsko deficitarnost učiteljev vožnje.
Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika v desetih poslovnih enotah. Od tega je bilo pet poslovnih enot, kjer je prisoten kadrovski deficit učiteljev vožnje, in pet poslovnih enot, kjer kadrovskega deficita učiteljev vožnje ne zaznavamo. Skupno anketiranih oseb je bilo 100. Od tega polovica iz deficitarnih poslovnih enot in polovica iz nedeficitarnih poslovnih enot. Z anketo smo pridobili potrebne podatke. Ti podatki, pa so bili ključnega pomena, da smo lahko v zadnjem delu diplomske naloge odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja in navedli predloge za lažje pridobivanje manjkajočih kadrov. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da se pomanjkanje učiteljev vožnje pojavlja v izvenmestnih poslovnih enotah, torej v podeželskih poslovnih enotah. Te poslovne enote so: Ilirska Bistrica, Muta, Slovenska Bistrica, Lendava in Mozirje. Ugotavljamo, da je dejavnik, ki odločilno vpliva na odločitev za usposabljanje za učitelja vožnje, oddaljenost mesta usposabljanja za učitelja vožnje do kraja bivanja. Povprečno so ti kandidati oddaljeni 104 km. Drugo težavo pa predstavljajo finančna sredstva, kajti izobraževanje za učitelja vožnje stane 1600 €. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kolikšen delež bi bili potencialni kandidati pripravljeni sofinancirati za izobraževanje. Pokazala se je občutna razlika, saj so kandidati iz nedeficitarnih poslovnih enot povprečno pripravljeni sofinancirati bistveno več kot kandidati iz deficitarnih poslovnih enot.
Ugotovljeno je bilo, da bomo v šolah vožnje Relax zmanjšali deficitarnost učiteljev vožnje v podeželskih poslovnih enotah, če jim bomo ponudili sofinanciranje izobraževanja in zagotovili prevoz do kraja izobraževanja. Za nemoteno delovanje, rast, razvoj ter konkurenčnost šol vožnje Relax je razvoj strategije za pridobivanja deficitarnih kadrov je strateškega pomena.
Na postavljena raziskovalna vprašanja, so bili pridobljeni vsi odgovori. Glede na rezultate je diplomska naloga postala koristno in uporabno orodje za šolo vožnje Relax.

The problem of deficiency of driving teachers has been present at Relax Trans Company for several years.
In the framework of the thesis regarding the Driving Schools Relax, we wanted to access answers that are reliable and credible as we would be able to decrease the shortage of driving teachers based on these facts.
The survey was carried out using a survey questionnaire in ten business units. Of these, there were five business units where there is a staff shortage of driving teachers and five business units where a staff shortage of driving teachers is not detected. The total number of respondents was 100. Half of them are from deficient business units and half from non-deficient business units. Carried out the survey we were provided with the necessary data. However, this information was crucial so that in the last part of the thesis we were able to put forward proposals to facilitate the recruitment of missing staff.
The shortage of driving teachers was detected in non-urban business units, so called rural business units. These business units are: Ilirska Bistrica, Muta, Slovenska Bistrica, Lendava and Mozirje. The factors that have a decisive influence on the decision to train as a driving teacher are the distance between the training site for the driving teacher and the place of residence. On average, these candidates are 104 km away. Another problem is financial resources, since training for a driving teacher costs € 1600. We were also interested in what proportion of potential candidates would be willing to co-finance education. There was a significant difference; candidates from non-deficit business units are on average prepared to co-finance significantly more than candidates from deficit business units. It has been stated that in Relax driving schools the deficiency of driving teachers in rural business units will be reduced if they are offered co-financing of education and provided transportation to the place of education.
For smooth functioning, growth, development and competitiveness of driving schools Relax is the Development of a strategy for the acquisition of deficient staff of strategic importance. All the research questions were answered.
According to the results, the diploma thesis has become a useful, advantageous and valuable tool for the Driving School Relax. |
