Povzetek
Poglavitni raziskovani problem diplomskega dela je bil raziskava možnosti za razvoj oziroma rast malega družinskega podjetja, ki se ukvarja s poučevanjem vožnje. Glavni dejavnik za razvoj je pridobivanje novih strank. Do sedaj smo uporabljali le promocijo od ust do ust in smo bili z rezultati zadovoljni, zato smo sklenili, da to metodo obdržimo in jo nadgradimo, hkrati pa uvajamo nove metode za pridobivanje novih strank, in ponujanje novih dejavnosti že obstoječim oziroma strankam iz preteklosti. Zadovoljna stranka je le stranka, ki dobi občutek, da so njena pričakovanja glede kvalitete storitve ne le dosežena, temveč presežena. To moramo upoštevati na vseh ravneh poslovanja. Zato se v diplomskem delu nismo osredotočali le na pridobivanje novih strank, temveč je bil naš cilj raziskava možnih načinov za izboljševanje delovanja podjetja v vseh pogledih. Preučili smo kar nekaj elementov, ki vplivajo na poslovanje, predvsem smo se osredotočali na orodja za pridobivanje novih strank, ostajanje v stiku s strankami iz preteklosti, nadzorovanje kvalitete storitve in učinkovitosti delovanja podjetja. Spoznali smo, da je osnova za nadgradnjo podjetja dobra spletna stran, ki nas bo s pomočjo drugih marketinških orodij, predvsem pa njihove kombinacije, popeljala naprej in nam pomagala pridobiti nove stranke iz vedno širše okolice. Spletna stran nam bo omogočala tudi morebitne nove storitve, kot je internetna trgovina. Glavni del podjetja pa predstavljajo zaposleni. Zato bomo v prihodnosti dali še večji poudarek medsebojni komunikaciji in motivaciji.

The main problem in thesis was researching possibilities of company growth. Researching company is small, family-run driving school. The main factor of growth is getting new customers. Until now, we have used only one way of promotion, that was mouth to mouth promotion, and results were acceptable. So we decided to keep this method in use and upgrade it. At the same time we are going to start using new methods for getting new customers and promoting new products and services to clients that already had experiences with us. Satisfied customer is only the one whose expectations about quality of service are not only achieved but exceeded. And we must keep that in our minds in every process in our company. That is why the goal of my thesis was not only getting new customers, but researching possible ways for making our company better in all points of view. We have researched quite a few elements, which directly affect business. We have mostly concentrated on tools that help us to get new customers, staying in touch with our customers from the past, controlling quality of service and the effectiveness of the company's operations. We came to the conclusion that the basis for upgrading the company is a good website. With other marketing tools, especially with a combination of these, it will take us forward and help us to get new customers from wider and wider surroundings. The site will also allow us to make potential new services such as internet shop. The main part of the company, there are the company's employees. Every company is as good as its employees, so in the future we will put even more emphasis on communication and motivation between employees. |
