Povzetek

Diplomsko delo temelji na izvedeni empirični raziskavi v enem izmed gorenjskih vrtcev. Zanimalo nas je, v kolikšni meri so zaposleni motivirani in zadovoljni pri opravljanju dela. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge so pojasnjeni in teoretično opredeljeni pojmi motiv, motivacija in zadovoljstvo. V nadaljevanju smo namenili nekaj besed strukturam, dejavnikom in teorijam motivacije. Spoznali smo se tudi z vlogo vodje in možnostmi nagrajevanja. V empiričnem delu smo raziskovali stopnjo motiviranosti in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v vrtcu. Pridobljene rezultate smo analizirali. V okviru raziskave je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni, ki so izpolnili anketo v vrtcu, v 98 % motivirani za opravljanje svojega dela, ki vključuje predvsem skrb za otroke. Nemotivirana sta le 2 % zaposlenih. Motivirajo jih samostojnost in avtonomnost pri delu, možnost napredovanja in dobri medsebojni odnosi.

Sekundarni povzetek: The bachelor’s thesis is based on the performed empirical research in one of Upper Carniola kindergartens. We were interested in to what extent the employees are motivated and satisfied when performing their work. In the theoretical part of the bachelor’s thesis, the conceptions motive, motivation, and satisfaction are explained and theoretically defined. Further, we dedicated a few words to the structures, factors, and theories of motivation. We were also acquainted with the role of the leader and the opportunities for rewarding. In the empirical part, we researched the level of motivation and satisfaction of the employees in the kindergarten. We analyzed the gained results. Within the framework of the research, it was ascertained that the employees who filled in the survey in the kindergarten were motivated for performing their work which includes mostly taking care of children in 98 %. Only 2 % of the employees were unmotivated. They were motivated by independence and autonomy at work, an opportunity of promotion, and good interpersonal relations.
