Povzetek

V magistrski nalogi smo predstavili in opisali pojem ter pomen človeških virov in managementa človeških virov. Primer dejavnosti managementa človeških virov smo predstavili za podjetje Jagros d.o.o.. Človeški viri predstavljajo zaposlene v podjetju, njihove sposobnosti, znanja, vrednote itd. Razvoj človeških virov v podjetju je eden izmed ključnih elementov za uspešno vodenje ljudi in za dvig konkurenčnosti delovnih pogojev in procesov v podjetju. Podjetja bodo uspešna in konkurenčna, kadar bodo uspešno usmerjala svoj kader v učinkovito delovanje organizacije. Zaposleni so največje bogastvo podjetja, saj s svojim znanjem in izkušnjami pomagajo podjetju v boju s konkurenčnimi podjetji. Management človeških virov se nanaša na procese, ki vplivajo na vedenje, odnos in uspešnost zaposlenih. Je proces razumevanja odnosov med posamezniki, nalogami in organizacijo ter vplivanja nanje. Predstavlja različne programe in postopke za upravljanje odnosa med organizacijo in zaposlenimi, ter za uspešno opravljeno delo, ki bo v korist in zadovoljstvo posamezniku in organizaciji. Management človeških virov v podjetju skrbi za načrtovanje, izbiranje, uvajanje in usposabljanje kadrov ter v končni fazi ocenjuje njihovo delo in rezultate. Za podjetje je ključnega pomena, da izberejo prave kandidate, ki bodo primerni za opravljanje določenih nalog in bodo zvesti ter predani podjetju. Zaposleni so za dobro opravljeno delo ustrezno nagrajeni z raznimi dodatki pri plačah, možnostjo napredovanja, uporabo službenega avtomobila ali telefona, javno pohvalo pred sodelavci itd. Vse oblike nagrad so za zaposlene še dodatna motivacija, da se trudijo čim bolj uspešno opravljati svoje delo. Magistrsko delo smo zaključili s predstavitvijo podjetja Jagros d.o.o. in dejavnosti managementa človeških virov v tem podjetju. Podatke o podjetju smo pridobili iz spletne strani podjetja, iz internega gradiva in preko pogovora z vodjo kadrovske službe. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov smo ugotovili, da je za podjetje zelo pomembno, da zaposli ustrezen kader, ki bo uspešen pri prodaji, in da svojim strankam ponuja kakovostne izdelke po ugodnih cenah. Na koncu smo predlagali nekaj izboljšav na področju delovanja managementa človeških virov v podjetju in potrdili oziroma ovrgli postavljene hipoteze.

Sekundarni povzetek: This master's thesis presents and describes the concept and importance of human resources and human resource management. An example of human resource management activities has been presented for the company Jagros d.o.o. Human resources represent the company's employees and their abilities, knowledge, values, etc.. The human resources development in a company is one of the key elements to lead a successful management of employees and therefore improving competitiveness of working conditions and processes within the company. They will be successful and competitive when they effeciently direct their staff too the efficient functioning of the company. The knowledge and experience of the employees represent the greatest asset to the company since those contribute in their fight with competing companies. Human resource management refers to the processes which affect behaviour, attitude and performance of employees. It is the process of understanding and influencing relationships between individuals, tasks and organization. It presents various programs and procedures for managing the relationship between an organization and its employees, and for succesfully completed work that will benefit and satisfy the individual and the organization. Human resource management in the company takes care of the planning, selecting and training the employees and ultimately evaluates their work and results. It is crucial for a company to select the right candidates who will be fit for the task and who are loyal and committed to the company. Employees are properly rewarded for a well preformed task with various bonuses, promotion, oportunities, the use of a business car or telephone, public acknowledgment from colleagues, etc.. All forms of rewards present an additional motivation for employees to strive for high performance at their work placement. This master's thesis concludes with the presentation of company Jagros d.o.o. and human resource management activities within this company. I obtained information about the company from the company's website, from internal materials and through discussions with their human resource manager. The findings from the obtained data show the importance of why companies should hire the right employees in order to be successful in sales and in offering its customers quality products at reasonable prices. In conclusion of this master's thesis, we propose some improvement ideas in the human resource management within the presented company based on the supported and refuted hypotheses.
