Povzetek

V diplomskem projektu sem predstavil spremembe poslovnih procesov v podjetju Grama v letu 2020. Lotili so se prenove glede modernizacije, vendar je imel največji vpliv na spremembe v podjetju pojav virusa COVID-19. Kot težavo bi tako izpostavil nekoliko zastarele procese, ki so bili časovno potratni, in vpliv virusa COVID-19 na te procese, predvsem glede upoštevanja varnostnih ukrepov, ki so bili nujni predvsem za varnost zaposlenih. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil opredelitev poslovnih procesov pred virusom in po njem oziroma opredelitev poslovnih procesov po uvedbi sprememb, nastalih zaradi pojava virusa COVID-19. Naloga obravnava spremenjene procese in druge spremembe, ki so jim bili priča v podjetju med letom 2020. Vpliv virusa je procese spreminjal in oteževal razvoj, podjetje pa je v tem obdobju delovalo pod posebnimi pogoji, ki bodo opisani v nalogi. Spremembe sem opisal in analiziral ter zarisal procese. Podjetje je vpliv virusa začutilo na različnih področjih. Predstavil sem tri, na katere je bil vpliv največji. Vplivi so se med seboj razlikovali in prinesli različne posledice. Grama je doživela velike zaostanke in izpade dohodka zaradi virusa in tako leta 2020 niso napredovali. Opazil sem tudi nepripravljenost na letošnje dogodke, ki so podjetje presenetili. Pripravljenost je bila torej slaba in se mora v prihodnosti izboljšati, verjamem pa, da je podjetje trenutno bolje pripravljeno na nepredvidljive dogodke in se je zaradi omenjene krize marsikaj naučilo.

Sekundarni povzetek:	In my graduate project, I presented the changes in business processes in the company Grama in 2020. They undertook renovations in terms of modernization, but the biggest effect on the changes in the company was the occurrence of the COVID-19 virus. As a problem, I would like to point out the somewhat outdated processes that were time-consuming and the effect of the COVID-19 virus on these processes, especially in terms of taking into account the security measures that were most necessary for employees' safety. The aim of the thesis was to define business processes before and after the virus or the definition of business processes after the introduction of the changes caused by the COVID-19 virus. The assignment discusses the changed processes and other changes witnessed in the company during 2020. The impact of the virus changed the processes and made the development more difficult. The company operated during this period under specific conditions, which will be described in the assignment. The company felt the impact of the virus in various areas. I presented three on which the effect was the greatest. The effects differed from each other and brought different results. Grama experienced large backlogs and income disruptions due to the virus and did not progress in 2020. I also noticed unpreparedness for this year's events, which surprised the company. The preparedness was therefore poor and could improve in the future but I believe that the company is currently better prepared for the unforeseen events and has learnt a lot from the crisis described.
