Povzetek
Pomen konkurenčne prednosti in njegov vpliv na uspešnost in rast posameznih podjetij se je v zadnjih nekaj letih precej povečal. Podjetja ne glede na njihovo velikost, lokacijo in panogo se morajo s tem dejavnikom soočiti in ga uresničiti. Samo prepoznavanje elementov, ki bi nam pri doseganju konkurenčnega položaja pripomogli, pa lahko predstavlja izziv. Na trgih so konkurence velike, saj obstaja veliko enakovrednih tekmecev, ki proizvajajo in prodajajo izdelke za odjemalce. Pomembno je, da podjetja osvojijo načine, kako to opraviti boljše kot konkurenca, prav tako pa morajo biti pazljivi in se zaščititi pred raznimi posnemalci. Pri tem si lahko pomagajo s strategijami, konkurenčnimi viri ter raznimi izolacijskimi mehanizmi.
V diplomski nalogi bomo zgoraj omenjene dejavnike spoznali na osnovi teorije, nato pa spoznano še podkrepili na primeru uspešnega slovenskega podjetja Steklarna Rogaška d. o. o.. Pri tem bomo v aplikativnem delu spoznali sam način poslovanja podjetja ter ugotovili kako jim je skozi pretekla leta uspelo osvojiti konkurenčnost na svetovnem trgu. Na koncu diplomske naloge bomo izpostavili ključne kompetence za doseganje konkurenčne prednosti, ki jih uresničujejo v izbranem podjetju.

The importance of competitive advantage and its impact on the performance and growth of individual companies has increased significantly in the last few years. Firms, regardless of their size, location and industry, need to face and implement this factor. However, identifying the elements that would help us achieve a competitive position can present a challenge. There is a lot of competition in the markets, as there are many equal competitors who produce and sell products to customers. It is important for companies to master the ways to do this efficiently than the competitors, as well as the need to be careful and protecting themselves from various imitators. In this process, they can help themselves with strategies, competitive resources and various isolating mechanisms.
In the bachelor thesis, we will discover the above-mentioned factors on the basis of theory, and then reinforce what we have learned with the example of a successful Slovenian company Steklarna Rogaška d. o. o .. In the application part, we will get to know the way the company operates and find out how they have managed to win competitiveness in the global market over the past years. At the end of the diploma thesis, we will highlight the key competencies for achieving competitive advantage, which they implement in the selected company. |
