Povzetek

Kondicijska priprava športnika je ključnega pomena pri pripravi na tekmovanje, tudi pri kickboxingu. Prvotni namen diplomskega dela je ustvariti učinkovit trimesečni program vadbe, ki bi športnika kondicijsko optimalno pripravil na tekmovanje, pri tem je beleženje vadbenih enot in njegovih rezultatov omogočilo podroben vpogled v stanje pripravljenosti. Glavne smernice za našo uspešnost so testiranja, ki jih je športnik opravil trikrat. Prva testiranja je športnik opravil pred pričetkom priprav, druga sredi programa vadbe in zadnja po izvedenem programu vadbe. Testiranja so vsebovala test za eksplozivnost (skok v daljino), maksimalno moč (1 RM pri osnovnih vajah) in vzdržljivost (Cooperjev test). Pridobljene rezultate smo obdelali s programom Excel. Rezultati so pokazali športnikov napredek pri testiranju maksimalne moči in vzdržljivosti pri primerjavi rezultatov drugega in zadnjega testiranja glede na rezultate prvega, niso pa pokazali napredka pri testiranju eksplozivne moči.

Sekundarni povzetek: Fitness preparation of an athlete is of key importance in preparation for competition, including kickboxing. The original purpose of the diploma thesis was to create an effective three-month training programme that would optimally prepare the athlete for the competition. The recording of training units and its results gave us a detailed insight into the state of readiness. The main guidelines for our performance were the tests performed by the athlete three times. The first tests were performed by the athlete before the start of preparations, the second in the middle of the training programme and the last after the training programme. The tests included a test for explosiveness (long jump), maximum strength (1RM in basic exercises) and endurance (Cooper's test). The obtained results were processed with Microsoft Excel. The results showed the athlete's progress in testing maximum strength and endurance in comparing the results of the second and final tests relative to the results of the first but did not show progress in testing the explosiveness.
