Povzetek

Magistrsko delo Dogodek v mestu Gogi med letoma 1980 in 2015 želi prikazati sledenje in odstopanje od literarne predloge na primerih štirih uprizoritev iz let 1980, 1995, 2001 in 2015, ter tako ugotoviti, ali ima čas, v katerem je neko delo uprizorjeno, bistveno vlogo pri nastanku odrske uprizoritve. Razmerje med besedilom in uprizoritvijo bo določeno glede na morebitne spremembe v zgodbi, dialogu in spremembe pri posameznih dramskih osebah. Ker pa uprizoritev ni le vizualna, temveč tudi govorna realizacija nekega besedila, se bo ta naloga pri analiziranih uprizoritvah posebej osredotočala tudi na izbor jezikovne zvrsti in hitrost artikulacije dramskih oseb v posameznih odlomkih. V teoretičnem delu je pozornost namenjena na eni strani avtorju in delu ter recepciji dela, na drugi pa posameznim gledališkim elementom, kot so didaskalije, oder, jezik v gledališču. V praktičnem delu pa bo podrobneje predstavljena vsaka od izbranih uprizoritev Dogodka v mestu Gogi ter njihove posebnosti in vzporednice z literarno predlogo. Primerjave bodo nastajale ob ogledu posnetkov uprizoritev dramskih del. Definirani in izračunani bosta tudi hitrosti artikulacije in govora dramskih oseb v odlomkih iz uprizoritev, za kar bo uporabljen računalniški program za analizo govora Praat. Praktični del se bo zaključil s primerjavo pomembnejših oseb Grumove dvodejanke.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The master's thesis Event in the Town of Goga between the years 1980 and 2015 aims to present the adherence to and deviation from the literary source material, based on the example of four performances from the years 1980, 1995, 2001 and 2015, and therefore determine whether the time period when a play is staged plays a significant role in the production of a stage performance. The relationships between the text and performances will be determined based on potential changes to the storyline, dialogue and individual characters. As a performance is not only a visual but also a spoken realisation of a certain text, this thesis will also focus on the analysed performances' choice of language variety and speed of the characters' articulation in individual excerpts. The theoretical part of the thesis will focus on the author, the work and its reception in the literary world, as well as on individual theatrical elements, such as stage directions, the stage and language of the theatre. The practical part of the thesis will, based on the viewing of the performances' recordings, present each of the chosen performances of An Event in the Town of Goga in detail, including their distinctive characteristics and parallels with the literary source material. The speed of articulation and the characters' speech in certain excerpts of the performances will be calculated and determined with the use of Praat, a computer program for speech analysis. A comparison of important characters from Grum's two-act play will conclude the practical part of the thesis.
