Sekundarni povzetek: Construction activities have a huge harmful influence on environment, caused by the explotation of natural resourcess, production and transportation of materials, construction and demolition and finally the building itself. To minimize construction activities on environment, we need to reduce usage of primary sources and attend to prepare secundary sources. The present work describes recycling construction and demolition waste and re-using in building roads and other construction. In Diploma are present clasifications and characteristics of recycling material, procedure and terms of using recycled material, procedure of recycling, requirement and control of quality, and practical work at recycle construction company. Represented are construction waste, which are caused by constructing and reconstructing roads, railways and infrastructure buildings. Construction waste from industry and energetics also turned on as usable recycled material in construction. Behind all sorts of recycled materials and possibilities of recycling, work parallel represents the solution of this problem in Germany, which is good concept for development in our country. The largest stress in this work is intended to recycle asphalt, re-use asphalt mixture and procedure of re-construction roads.

Povzetek (ePrints): Gradbeništvo ima velik vpliv na okolje, ki sega od izkoriščanja naravnih virov, proizvodnje in prevoza materialov, gradnje in rušenja do vpliva zgradbe na okolje. Da bi kar najbolj zmanjšali vpliv gradbeništva na okolje, je potrebno zmanjšati uporabo primarnih virov ter poskrbeti za pripravo in uporabo sekundarnih surovin. Diplomska naloga obravnava reciklažo in ponovno uporabo recikliranega materiala; predvsem v cestogradnji in tudi v drugih panogah gradbeništva. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene vrste in značilnosti materialov primernih za recikliranje, postopki in pogoji za uporabo recikliranih materialov, postopki predelave, zahteve za kakovost odpadnih materialov, potrjevanje skladnosti, nadzor kakovosti in samostojno praktično delo pri podjetju, ki se ukvarja s predelavo gradbenih odpadkov. Obravnavani so gradbeni odpadki, ki nastanejo pri gradnji in obnovi cestnega in železniškega omrežja, pri gradnji proizvodnih in infrastrukturnih objektov in odpadki pri rušenju objektov. V sklop reciklažnih odpadkov, ki se uporabljajo v gradbeništvu spadajo tudi odpadni materiali, iz industrije in energetike, ki so že preskušeni v cestogradnji. Poleg samih vrst materialov in možnosti predelave je v nalogi prikazano reševanje problema z gradbenimi odpadki v Nemčiji, kar je dobra osnova za razvoj koncepta pri nas doma. Največji poudarek pa je namenjen recikliranju asfaltnih zmesi in ponovni uporabi le-teh, ter postopkom popravil voziščnih konstrukcij.
