Quality evaluation of the geodetic network for the purpose of making a land survey plan |

This graduation thesis discusses the set up of a geodetic base for making a land survey plan. The legal framework for making and using land survey plans is defined. The process of the establishment of a geodetic network with the use of the classical terestrial measurements methods and the GNSS (Global Navigation Satelite System) methods is presented. The procedure of field measurements, processing and adjusting the field data is described. For a comparison of both types of coordinates computed with the above mentioned methods, a transformation between the coordinates in coordinate systems D96/TM and D48/GK is made. A comparison of coordinates computed with the previously computed national and regional transformation parameters is also added. A comparison between the heights computed with GNSS levelling and geometric levelling method is carried out. Based on this research, the quality of the geodetic network is evaluated. Results demonstrate that for achieving coordinates needed for geodetic purposes, local transformation parameters need to be calculated for every particular job. A practical example of a land survey plan made according to the regulations for making land survey plans is presented in this thesis. |

Diplomska naloga obravnava zagotovitev geodetske osnove za izdelavo geodetskega načrta. V nalogi je opredeljena zakonska podlaga za izdelavo in uporabo geodetskih načrtov. Predstavljen je postopek vzpostavitve geodetske mreže z metodo klasične terestrične izmere in z metodo izmere GNSS (RTK – VRS). Opisani so postopki izmere, obdelave in izravnave podatkov, pridobljenih na terenu. Za primerjavo obeh tipov koordinat, izračunanih z omenjenima metodama, je opravljena lokalna transformacija med koordinatnima sistemoma D96/TM in D48/GK. Dodana je tudi primerjava koordinat, izračunanih s predhodno določenimi državnimi in regionalnimi transformacijskimi parametri. Izvedena je še primerjava določitve višin z metodo višinomerstva GNSS in metodo geometričnega nivelmana. Na podlagi te raziskave je ocenjena kakovost izmeritvene geodetske mreže za potrebe izdelave geodetskega načrta. Izkaže se, da je za doseganje geodetske natančnosti, tako v položajnem kot v višinskem smislu, potrebno izračunati lokalne transformacije za vsako delovišče posebej. Podan je praktičen primer geodetskega načrta, izdelanega v skladu s pravili za izdelavo geodetskih načrtov. |
