Proposal of engineering of the Grosupeljščica stream in the urban area |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
In the graduation thesis the Grosupeljščica stream is presented, which flows through the town of Grosuplje. Due to heavy rain the stream overflows the surrounding buildings. The subject of the graduation thesis was to determine the flood endangered areas and protection from high waters. In the first part the Grosupeljščica watershed is described. The description includes the basic characteristics of the watershed, topographic, hydrographic and hydrologic characteristics of the watershed. On the basis of field inspection and godetic maps was made a detailed description of topographic and hydromorphologic characteristics of the selected reach. In the second part, computer program HEC-RAS was employed. With the program was made a computation model to process the geometrical data of stream, flow and boundary conditions. The computation model processed the water surface of 100-year water, with which the floodplain of the Grosupeljščica stream was determined. The program calculates steady and unsteady flow. In the graduation thesis we made both calculations and compared the results. Because of the intent to build a storage resorvoir upstream of discussed reach, which would retain part of water during heavy rain, we considered this in the calculations. In the Grosuplje area the flow from the storage reservoir on the account of inflows and precipitation during 100-year water, should increase by more than four times. Beside the existing constructions the river engineering also considered the planned constructions, which would reduce the flooded area during high waters. The river engineering includes several measures. The computation has shown that some culverts dam high waters. This kind of culverts will need to be enlarged. Because the extension of the channel was not a sufficient |

Program računa stalni in nestalni tok. Take prepuste bo potrebno povečati. |
