Sekundarni povzetek: Automatic target recognition is in the field of surveying among other fields becoming increasingly invoked and applied concept of automation of electronic total stations. Its accuracy is approaching the accuracy of classical method of measurement, in terms of practicality it already outperforms it. This thesis presents the results of comparison of measurements and their accuracy when using automatic and classical method of angle measurements in the case of two local geodetic networks of various sizes. The results also show the variation of the measurement accuracy by adding the number of sets of angles.

Povzetek (ePrints): Avtomatsko prepoznavanje tarče postaja na področju geodezije, poleg drugih področij, čedalje bolj uveljavljen in uporabljen koncept avtomatiziranosti elektronskih tahimetrov. Po natančnosti se približuje klasičnemu načinu merjenja, iz vidika praktičnosti pa ga tudi že prekaša. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni rezultati primerjave merjenja kotov in natančnosti meritev med uporabo avtomatskega viziranja tarče in ročnega viziranja na primeru dveh lokalnih geodetskih mrež različnih dimenzij. Prikazano pa je tudi spreminjanje natančnosti meritev z dodajanjem števila girusov.
