Povzetek

V diplomskem seminarju smo proučevali podjetje Gabrek Martin Tibaut s. p. in planirali razvoj podjetja na ravni politike podjetja. Podjetje Mesnica in trgovina »Gabrek«, Martin Tibaut s. p., iz Žižkov se ukvarja s prodajo svežega mesa in proizvodnjo mesnih izdelkov, razen perutninskega. Poleg te dejavnosti se podjetje ukvarja s prodajo drugih izdelkov, tako imenovano trgovino na drobno. Podjetje spada med mikro podjetja. V osrednjem delu diplomskega seminarja smo podjetje predstavili in opredelili velikost ter izbrane značilnosti podjetja. Nato smo predstavili obstoječo politiko podjetja. Nadaljevali pa smo z opredelitvijo obstoječih strategij in struktur podjetja. Seznanili smo se z obstoječimi bilancami in spoznali tudi finančni vidik in financiranje podjetja Gabrek Martin Tibaut s. p. V nadaljevanju diplomskega seminarja smo planirali razvoj podjetja na ravni politike podjetja. V tem delu smo proučevali vrednote (udeležencev) podjetja ter iskali oz. spoznavali prednosti in slabosti podjetja. Prav tako smo proučevali okolje ter ugotovili nekatere možnosti in nevarnosti za podjetje, ki izhajajo iz okolja. Zapisali smo prihodnje bilance podjetja za možno proučitev prihodnjega financiranja in planiranja sredstev. Ugotovili smo, da ima podjetje veliko prednosti in priložnosti za nadaljnji razvoj. Menimo, da je največja prednost kakovost mesa in mesnih izdelkov pa tudi motiviranost zaposlenih, dobra organiziranost podjetja, nenehno vlaganje v razvoj nove opreme in strojev, sodobna tehnologija, veliki poslovni prostori in proizvodnja, ki jim omogoča še boljšo in večjo produktivnost. Kot največji slabosti podjetja smo določili lokacijo podjetja in premalo poudarka oglaševanju in marketingu. Na podlagi vseh teh proučevanj in analiz smo zapisali še predlagano politiko podjetja in kot izrazno obliko politike podjetja zapisali tudi vodila o poslanstvu in smotrih podjetja. Z vsem proučevanjem in planiranjem na ravni politike podjetja smo podjetju tako pripomogli k več možnostim za njegov nadaljnji uspešnejši razvoj.

Sekundarni povzetek: In our diploma seminar we were studying the company Gabrek MartinTibaut s. b. (small businessman) and were planning the development of the company at enterprise policy level of management. The company Butcher's and Shop »Gabrek« Martin Tibaut s. b. from Žižki is dealing with selling fresh meat and production of meat products except poultry. Besides this activity the company is dealing with selling the other products, so called retail trade. The company belongs to micro companies. In the main part of our diploma seminar we introduced the company Gabrek Martin Tibaut s. b. from Žižki and defined it in order of its size and chosen features of the company. Then we introduced the existing enterprise company. We continued with the definition the existing strategies and structures of the company. We also familiarized with the existing balance of the company and so got familiar with the financial aspect and funding the company Gabrek Martin Tibaut s. b. In continuation of our diploma seminar we were planning the development of the company at enterprise policy level of management. In this part we were studying the enterprise (stakeholder) values Gabrek Martin Tibaut s. b. and familiarized with the strengths and weaknesses of the company. We were also studying the environment and got familiar with some opportunities and dangers for the company which comes from the environment. We have written the future balance of the company, for the possible study of future funding and planning the financial means. We found out that this company has got a lot of advantages and possibilities for its future development. One of their biggest strengths is the quality of meat and meat products, and also the motivation of the employed, good organization of the company, permanent investment into new equipment’s and machines, modern technology, big business premises and the production which enable better and bigger productivity. The location of the company is one of the weaknesses. The company also does not take good care of advertising and marketing. Based on these studies and analysis we have written the suggested policy of the company and as expressed form of the policy of the company we have also written the principles, the mission and the aims of the company. We helped the company to new opportunities for their more successful future development with our studying and planning on the level of the policy of the company.
