Povzetek
V magistrski nalogi smo raziskovali, kaj zaposleni v velikem trgovskem podjetju menijo o uvedbi team buildinga, ki so se ga udeležili v letu 2012. Veliko trgovsko podjetje ima v sklopu Kadrovskega sektorja tudi službo Razvoja kadrov, kamor je umeščena služba Izobraževanja, katera skrbi, da se zaposleni v sklopu službe redno udeležujejo različnih vrst izobraževanj. Eno izmed teh izobraževanj je tudi obvezna delavnica team buildinga.
O team buildingu je dostopna domača in tuja literatura, ki je predstavljena v nadaljevanju naloge. Magistrska naloga je razdeljena na tri dele.
V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge, so podane teoretične opredelitve tima in timskega dela, značilnosti tima, timske vloge, razlike med skupino in timom, splošno o team buildingu in na koncu še predstavitev SDI vprašalnika.
V drugem delu naloge je predstavljeno veliko trgovsko podjetje ter njegova organizacijska struktura. Podrobneje je predstavljena kadrovska struktura, katere delo je uvedba team building delavnic.
V tretjem, empiričnem delu, naloga prikaže rezultate raziskave, ki je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, s katerim smo skušali ugotoviti, kakšno je mnenje zaposlenih o uvedbi team buildinga.
V nalogi smo želeli prikazati ugotovitve zaposlenih o uvedbi team building delavnic v velikem trgovskem podjetju. Na osnovi rezultatov raziskave in teoretičnih spoznanj so podane glavne ugotovitve.
Ugotavljamo, da velika večina anketirancev ne glede na spol, starost, izobrazbo in področje dela meni, da team building koristi podjetju, da jim omogoča osebnostni in strokovni razvoj, da so s sodelavci povezana in vesela skupina ter da imajo približno isto potrebo po udeležbi na team buildingu.

In this master thesis we wanted to outline the research contribution on team building and its introduction in a large trading company. We wanted to gather general opinion among participants who attended it in the year of 2012. Human Resource department is usually responsible for such trainings which provides employees regular participation in various types of education and training which is one of the mandatory teambuilding workshop.
Although different theories on team building are accessible in domestic as well as in foreign literature we also presented some important parts in this master thesis which is divided into three sections.
In the first, theoretical part of the thesis we have given teamwork a theoretical definition, made a research on team characteristics, playing roles, the difference between a group and a team, we exposed team building in general and finally we presented SDI questionnaire.
The second part of the master thesis we presented a large trading company as well as its organizational structure. Since Human Resource department is responsible for all activities regarding team building workshops we presented their work in detail.
The third empirical part of the thesis displays the results of the research, which were based on quantitative methodology. Employees who attended team building workshops were invited to participate in the survey on team buiding workshops.
Our main target of the research was large trading company and employees opinion on team building. Main findings based on the research results are exposed in our master thesis. We find that the vast majority of respondents, regardless of gender, age, education and working areas, believe in the benefits of team building which allows them personal and professional development. They also feel more connected with co-workers and in the future they wish to participate in team building workshops. |
