Povzetek
Motivacijo lahko predstavimo kot glavni temelj človekove dejavnosti, saj nas spremlja vsak dan, na vsakem koraku. Ker pa je vsak posameznik za sebe edinstven, žal ni enotnega načina, s katerim bi lahko motivirali vse zaposlene. Pomembno je, da organizacije poznajo motivacijo in zakonitosti motiviranja, da lahko to potem uporabijo. Poleg tega, da morajo dobro poznati motivacijo, pa se od njih zahteva tudi to, da poznajo svoje zaposlene v organizaciji in vedo, s čim jih bodo pripravili do tega, da bodo opravili svoje delo učinkovito in po najboljših zmogljivostih. Splošno znano je, da so redna mesečna plača, varnost zaposlitve, možnosti komuniciranja v organizaciji in tudi dobri odnosi znotraj celotnega kolektiva najpogostejši dejavniki motiviranja zaposlenih.
Obstaja veliko različnih motivacijskih dejavnikov, ki se jih lahko uporabi za motivacijo zaposlenih in ravno ti dejavniki delujejo kot spodbuda zaposlenim, da se pri svojem delu maksimalno potrudijo. Skrb za zaposlene, vlaganje v njih in njihovo motiviranje je glavna skrb vodstva v organizacijah. Vsekakor pa je ob tem potrebno paziti, da se vedno ne motivira na enak način, kajti ena in ista rutina motivacije sčasoma izniči učinek le-te.
Anketni vprašalnik o motiviranosti zaposlenih smo izvedli v podjetju X. S tem nam je bilo omogočeno, da dobimo odgovore na naša vprašanja, ali so zaposleni zadovoljni na svojem delovnem mestu, kaj najbolj vpliva na njihovo motivacijo in kaj je po njihovem mnenju potrebno storiti za izboljšanje stopnje motiviranosti v organizaciji.

At every step of life the motivation is the foundation of human activity. However, because each individual is unique, unfortunately there is no single way in which we could be able to motivate all employees. For organization it is important to know the motivation and legality of motivation, so it can then be used in the organization. In addition to know motivation, they also need to know their people, so they can did their job efficiently and the best they can. It is common knowledge that the salary, good relations throughout the collective, the possibility of communication within the organization and, of course, job security, are the most frequent factors of motivating employees.
There are many different motivational factors that can be used to motivate employees. The motivational factors work like an incentive to employees, so that they give their maximum effort at work. Responsibility for employees, invest in them and motivating them, is a major concern of leadership in organizations. However, it is very important not to motivate employees always at the same routine, because it will eventually not work anymore.
The questionnaire on the motivation of employees was carried out in the company X. With this we were able to get answers to our questions, if employees are happy at their workplace, what affects the most on their motivation and what should be done, to improve the level of motivation in the organization. |
