Sekundarni povzetek: | The conditions under which the business is done are becoming more and more unpredictable and they demand constant modification in organizational aspect of business. Successful work is largely dependent on management and leadership. The concept of leadership is closely linked to the performance of the employees, their satisfaction and with overall success of the company. Some managers lead exclusively based on their feeling, while other depend too much on their employees and thereby lose their authority. In the theoretical part we examined literature of domestic and foreign authors. For definition of leadership, management theories and leadhership styles we used descriptive method. The subject of the work is to define different methods of leadership and to analyze present leadership styles in Delavska hranilnica d.d. branch offices. With survey questionnaire and statistical analysis of the results we examined the leadhership styles in the company. |
