Povzetek

Šola ima pomembno vlogo pri vzgoji in izobraževanju s področja zdrave prehrane, pri oblikovanju zdravih prehranjevalnih navad in zdravega načina življenja, saj vzgaja in izobražuje, v sklopu ponudbe šolske prehrane pa omogoča učencem uživanje zdravih obrokov. Kot eden izmed ključnih členov v sistemu organizacije šolske prehrane je predstavljen organizator prehrane v osnovni šoli. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kakšne so delovne naloge organizatorja prehrane v osnovni šoli. Namen je bil tudi pripraviti poenotene delovne naloge organizatorjev šolske prehrane koroške regije. Anketirali smo 13 organizatorjev šolske prehrane na osnovnih šolah koroške regije. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Kot raziskovalni instrument smo uporabili lasten anketni vprašalnik, razdeljen na tri dele, ki je bil na voljo preko spletne strani v marcu 2016 in ga je sestavljalo 8 vprašanj z večjim številom podvprašanj in trditev. Vse pridobljene informacije, podatke in ugotovitve smo preučili, analizirali ter statistično obdelali v računalniškem programu LimeSurvey in Microsoft Excel 2010. Rezultati so prikazani v obliki grafov. Z raziskavo so bile ugotovljene in predstavljene naloge, ki jih organizatorji prehrane opravljajo na svojem delovnem mestu, vzporedno z nalogami, ki po njihovem mnenju dejansko spadajo med delovne naloge organizatorja šolske prehrane v osnovni šoli. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev smo pripravili poenotene delovne naloge organizatorjev šolske prehrane koroške regije. Organizator šolske prehrane s svojim delom pomembno vpliva na kakovost šolske prehrane, sodeluje pri razvijanju zavesti o zdravi prehrani in zdravih prehranjevalnih navadah učencev in ima pomembno vlogo pri organizaciji šolske prehrane. Izobrazba organizatorja šolske prehrane naj bo ustrezna, s področja prehrane.

Sekundarni povzetek: Due to its educational function, school plays an important role both in education in the field of healthy food, as well as in developing healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle. Offering school meals, it enables students to eat healthy. As one of the key school system organization participants, a profession of a catering manager in primary schools is presented. The objective of this study was to determine the job duties of a primary school catering manager. The aim was also to define the uniform job duties of the primary school catering managers in the Koroška region. 13 primary school catering managers from the Koroška region were interviewed. The survey was based on a quantitative methodology. As a research tool a questionnaire was prepared. It was divided into three parts and was made available through the website in March 2016. It consisted of 8 questions with several sub-questions and statements. All data, findings and the information obtained, were examined, analysed and statistically processed in a computer program LimeSurvey and Microsoft Excel 2010. Results are shown in the form of graphs. In the survey the job duties performed by the school catering managers were identified and presented. They were compared with the job duties which the school catering managers consider to actually fall within the job duties of a primary school catering manager. Based on our findings, the uniform job duties of the primary school catering managers in the Koroška region were defined. A primary school catering manager has an important impact on the quality of school meals, participates in the development of pupils’ health-conscious eating habits and plays an important role in the organization of school meals. A catering manager formal education qualifications should be relevant, thus from the field of nutrition.
