Povzetek
Ljudje imamo velikokrat napačno predstavo ob besedi protokol, saj marsikomu vzbuja vtis o zapetosti, strogosti in formalnosti v odnosih med ljudmi, a v realnem življenju pogosto reši marsikatero zagato ali nerodnost. Obenem tudi skrbi, da se stiki predstavnikov držav krepijo in odvijajo skladno in poenoteno. Protokolarni dogodki pa so pogosto okronani s protokolarnimi obroki, ki lahko pomembno pripomorejo k zadovoljstvu gostov, razpoloženju in uspehu dogodka.
Tako bo središče in teža diplomske naloge predvsem v praktični predstavitvi protokolarnega banketa ob uradnem obisku Njegove ekscelence predsednika Republike Madžarske gospoda Lászla Sólyoma z delegacijo 8. oktobra 2009 v Javnem gospodarskem zavodu Brdo (JGZ Brdo) ter reševanju težav pri pripravi in izvedbi tako zahtevnega dogodka.
V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo na kratko predstavili Protokol Republike Slovenije (RS) ter protokolarna pravila, ki jih je potrebno upoštevati pri obiskih in pogostitvah visokih državnikov, da le-ti potekajo kar se da tekoče in nemoteno. Pobliže si bomo ogledali tudi vrste protokolarnih dogodkov, slovesne obroke ob obiskih tujih visokih državnikov ter vse, kar spremlja slovesni obrok.
Naloga nam v drugem delu predstavi JGZ Brdo ter pripravljalna dela, potrebna za uspešno izvedbo dogodka. Tako bomo spoznali vse aktivnosti, ki jih je potrebno izvesti pri organizaciji protokolarnega banketa, od rezervacije prostorov, skrbi za dekoracijo prostora in ureditev miz, zahtevke za ustrezen inventar in pijačo ter na koncu natančne razdelitve navodil v izogib možnim zapletom. Vse skupaj pa se povezuje z veliko sestankovanja in dogovarjanja med Protokolom RS ter JGZ Brdo.
V tretjem delu je nato napisan dejanski potek dogodka, in sicer od prihoda gostov, aperitiva, preko celotnega menija do izrekanja zdravice in odhoda gostov.
Z odgovori na vprašanja raziskave smo skušali ugotoviti, ali je bilo na področju priprav in na področju izvedbe kaj, kar bi lahko popravili, izboljšali ali naredili drugače.

People often wrongly associate the word protocol with the impression of reservedness, rigour and formality in the relationships among people, however, in real life protocol solves many embarassing or awkward situations. It also enables to represenatives of countries to develop the connections in the concerted and uniform way. Protocol events are often crowned by protocol meals which can considerably contribute to the satisfaction of guests, the mood and success of the event.
The focus of the thesis will, therefore, mainly be on practical presentation of protocol banquet at the official visit of his Excellency President of Hungary, Mr. Lászlo Sólyom with delegation on 8th October 2009 in the Public Economic Institution Brdo (JGZ Brdo), as well as solving difficulties at preparation and execution of such a demanding event.
In the first part of the thesis we have briefly represented Protokol Republike Slovenije (RS) and protocol rules which are to be considered at visits and banquets of very important statesmen where the events have to run smoothly and undisturbed. We will have a more detailed look at the types of protocol events, solemn meals at the visit of important statesmen and all which is in connection with such a solemn event.
In the second part the thesis presents us the JGZ Brdo and preparatory works being necessary for a successful execution of the event. In this way we will get familiar with all activities which have to be performed when organising a protocol banquet, from reservation of places, decoration of the place, setting of tables, appropriate inventory and beverage and finally an accurate repartition of instructions to avoid possible complications. All these activities are accompanied by many meetings and agreements between Protokol of the Republic of Slovenia and JGZ Brdo.
In the third part the actual course of the event is being described, from the arrival of guests, aperitif, the whole menu, expressing a toast to departure of guests.
By answering the questions of the research we tried to find out if there was anything in the preparation field and in the execution field by Protokol RS or JGZ Brdo that could be corrected and improved or that could be differently done. |
