Primerjava med pričakovanimi in ugotovljenimi značilnostmi učitelja

Povzetek

Diplomsko delo obravnava pričakovane in ugotovljene značilnosti učitelja. Zanimalo nas je, kako različni avtorji opredeljujejo učitelja in katere so tiste lastnostni, ki bi jih naj učitelj imel. Tako so v teoretičnem delu predstavljena temeljna teoretična pojmovanja učitelja, posebno pozornost smo namenili učiteljevi komunikaciji, saj v pedagoškem procesu ni mogoče, da učitelj in učenec ne bi komunicirala. V empiričnem delu so predstavljene ugotovitve raziskave, ki je bila izvedena med učenci dveh osnovnih in dveh srednjih šol. Rezultati so statistično obdelani in prikazujejo mnenje učencev o pomembnosti nekaterih učiteljevih lastnosti in o učiteljevem delovanju v pedagoškem procesu. Raziskavi sledi sklep, ki obsega razpravo o značilnostih učitelja in zaključek, kjer so navedeni predlogi za izboljšanje.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The diploma thesis examines characteristics expected in a teacher and compares them to characteristics determined through research. The aim was to determine how different authors define the teacher and which characteristics a teacher should possess. The theoretic part of the thesis describes the basic theoretic concepts of what a teacher is. Special attention is devoted to the teachers' communication, since the pedagogical process makes it impossible for a teacher and a student not to communicate. The empirical part of the thesis consists of the results from research performed among students in two primary and two secondary schools. The results were statistically analyzed and they represent the opinions of students on the importance of certain characteristics of a teacher and his work within the pedagogical process. The analysis is followed by a discussion of the characteristics of a teacher and a conclusion that contains suggestions for improvements.
