Povzetek

Magistrsko delo obravnava motivacijo študentov Fakultete za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru za učenje. Na omenjeni fakulteti smo se tekom študija srečevali s študenti, ki so bili za študij različno motivirani. Zanimalo nas je, kako visoko ocenjujejo svojo motivacijo za učenje, kateri letnik ter smer študija obiskujejo, kakšna je njihova povprečna ocena ter kateri dejavniki, notranji ali zunanji, vplivajo na motiviranost za učenje. V teoretičnem delu smo se najprej opredelili na učenje, definicije učenja, načine učenja in učne navade. Sledilo je poglavje motivacija za učenje, opredelitev motivacije, opis notranje in zunanje motivacije ter opredelitev notranjih in zunanjih dejavnikov motiviranja. Naslednje poglavje smo namenili raziskavi motivacije za učenje, kjer smo predstavili raziskovalno okolje, opisali metode in tehnike dela, analizo rezultatov, teste hipotez ter podali naše ugotovitve in predloge. Preko anketnega vprašalnika smo izvedli anketo med študenti Fakultete za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru, s katero smo ugotovili, kako visoko so študenti motivirani za učenje. Rezultati so pokazali, da študenti za učenje so motivirani, da dosegajo dobre rezultate in da jih bolj motivirajo notranji kot zunanji dejavniki. Štiri hipoteze, ki so bile dane na podlagi raziskovalnih vprašanj, smo potrdili, dve zavrnili, ob koncu navedli ugotovitve in podali predloge.

Sekundarni povzetek: The master's thesis deals with the motivation for learning of students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor. At the faculty we encountered with students who were different motivated to study during the study. We wanted to know how high they rated their motivation to learn, what is their average score and what are the factors which influence on their motivation to learn. At the beginning the definition of learning, ways of learning and teaching habits are identified in the theoretical part. This was followed by Chapter motivation for learning, description of internal and external motivation and identification of internal and external motivating factors. The next chapter was devoted to the study of motivation to learn, where we presented the research environment, described the techniques and methods of work, analysis of the results, testing hypotheses and presented our findings and proposals. Through a questionnaire, we conducted a survey among the students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor. With it we discovered how high are students motivated to learn. The results showed that most of the students are motivated to learn, they achieve good results and thay are more motivated by internal factors than external factors. At the end we confirmed four hypotheses which were made on the basis of research questions and two hypotheses were rejected. Also the observations were indicated and suggestions were made at the end.
