Povzetek
Visoko šolstvo postaja čedalje bolj konkurenčno in fakultete se morajo iz leta v leto vedno bolj truditi za ohranjanje ali povečanje števila vpisov. Študentje v bistvu postajajo kupci.Ravnajo se po potrošniških navadah, ki so podobne tudi v drugih panogah. Študentje pričakujejo kvaliteten študij na kvalitetni izobraževalni ustanovi, ki bo zadovoljila njihove potrebe. Kvaliteten študij bo zagotovil zadovoljne študente, le-ti pa bodo ponesli dober glas o ustanovi in tako poskrbeli za nove študente, ki se bodo po njihovih priporočilih vpisovali na fakulteto.
V nalogi smo izpostavili ključne elemente študijskega sistema, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo študentov, in jih merili v raziskavi. Ob tem smo upoštevali tudi demografske dejavnike. Raziskavo smo izvedli na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru. Rezultati so pokazali nekatere pomanjkljivosti na fakulteti in nekatere prednosti, ki jih ima fakulteta, poleg tega smo dokazali tudi vpliv demografskih dejavnikov na zadovoljstvo z elementi izobraževalnega sistema. Rezultati raziskave bodo v pomoč obravnavani fakulteti, da bo z določenimi spremembami lahko povečala zadovoljstvo med študenti.

Higher education is becoming increasingly competitive and faculty have to work much harder to maintain or increase the number of entries each year. Students are becoming customersin the management point of view, Students are oriented to consumption habits that are similar in other industries. Students expect high-quality studies on quality educational institution that will satisfy their needs. High-quality studies will provide satisfied students, only these will be good for reputation established to provide new students who will enroll in college after their recommendations.
In this work we study the key elements of the system that affect student satisfaction which we have measured in the survey. At the same time, we also take into account demographic factors. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Organizational Science, University in Maribor. The results indicated some deficiencies in the college and some of the advantages provided by the faculty, in addition, we have also demonstrated the impact of demographic factors on satisfaction with elements of the education system. The survey results will help present the college that with certain modifications may increase satisfaction among students. |
